it was such a pleasure to have Becky as our real estate agent for our first house purchase. Becky was very thorough and fast with getting documents signed and communicating on our behalf for purchasing our first house. It was all new to us and we had no idea what to look for and what all these contracts meant but becky took the time to explain every document and gave her expertise advice for everything. she even came to our final walkthrough and asked things to be done on the house that i never saw needed to be done or even noticed. she also asked for extra incentives on the house as extra perks for us that we never knew you could even do.
